Yogyakarta, May 17, 2024 — Sharia Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta organized a one-day workshop on the development of Semester Lesson Plans (RPS). The event featured Nuristighfari Masri Khaerani, S.Psi., M.Psi, a psychologist, as the keynote speaker, presenting material on effective strategies and techniques for RPS preparation.

The workshop was attended by all lecturers of the Sharia Accounting Study Program. In his opening address, Head of the Sharia Accounting Study Program, Rosyid Nur Anggara Putra, emphasized the significance of this initiative in enhancing the quality of education and ensuring that the curriculum remains relevant to contemporary challenges and industry needs.

During her presentation, Nuristighfari Masri Khaerani, S.Psi., M.Psi, explained key aspects of RPS development, including learning objectives, teaching methods, and evaluation techniques. She also emphasized the integration of Sharia values into each course, aiming to produce graduates who are not only academically competent but also possess strong moral and spiritual integrity.

Following the workshop session, the event continued with the finalization of teaching materials by the lecturers. Each lecturer presented their prepared materials and received constructive feedback from their peers. This collaborative discussion aimed to produce comprehensive teaching materials that meet the standards of higher education.

Through this workshop, the Sharia Accounting Study Program FEBI UIN Sunan Kalijaga aims to continuously improve the quality of education and produce graduates ready to make significant contributions to the workforce, particularly in Sharia Accounting.
